I'm Arman Belara — a full-stack generalist who has shipped software inside local businesses, international enterprises, and early-stage startups. My edge isn't one framework, it's adaptability: I learn what a team needs and become useful quickly.
Over years, I've deliberately moved across company sizes and industries — local businesses, international organizations, and startups — rather than staying inside one stack or one type of team. Each move meant a different codebase, different constraints, and a different definition of "done."
I don't lead with a list of memorized technical terms. I lead with the ability to read a new system, ask the right questions, and start contributing quickly. That adaptability is the through-line of my career: from PHP web apps to hybrid mobile, to modern React ecosystems, to the Rails and Next.js microservices I build today.
I'm most effective when I'm involved in the full lifecycle of a feature — from requirements gathering and planning through implementation — not just handed a ticket to execute.
Not an exhaustive list of everything I've touched — this is what I build with day to day, grouped the way a project's manifest would.
My career reads a lot like a commit history — each era building on the last, without ever throwing away what worked.
